You can start your vision improvement now

That’s true. Whether you have good vision and want to improve it or you are wearing glasses, you can start helping correcting and improving your seeing now.
It doesn’t matter what your dioptre is.
It doesn’t matter how big your number in diopter is
It doesn’t matter how old you are.
It doesn’t matter how long have you been wearing glasses,

It’s all the same if you are a little child or middle-aged or pensioner.

All it matters is to let the eyes see, allow the world around you to come to you.
Let the light reflected from the objects around you be perceived by the eye.
Let the eye to see, literally.
Because the main reason we have poor vision is our strain.
You are free to do anything you can think of or you already know to relax your eyes.

Things to do right now
1. Massage your face
2. Eat healthy food & drink plenty of water
3. Exercise regularly
4. Do a few basic eye exercises mentioned here that best suit you
5. Be your own psychologist or make an appointment with one to improve your feelings about yourself and the world around you
Some affirmations like “I can see” and “I love the world around me” can really be helpful.
6. Reduce your diopter if you are wearing glasses. You do not need to have very perfect and clear vision with glasses on, you can have lesser degree of glasses (whatever they are) and allow some space for eyes to also take part in the process of seeing.
7. If you forgot to stretch and yawn then start doing it, it helps relaxing the eyes

Good vision habits1. Breathe & Blink
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Every time when doing some work with focusing close for longer times even, look into distances. This will enable muscles around the eye to relax and improve the circulation thru the eye which bring clearer vision.
4. Move your eyes a lot around the object you are looking into, it bring more images to the brain who collects the lots of information and combines the signals into a final picture.
